1. Controller
The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website is:
HANECS GmbH
Alfred-Herrhausen-Allee 3–5

Telephone: +49 6196 204 715 0
Email: info@hanecs.de
2. Visiting the website
When you visit the website for information only, technically necessary connection data may be processed, in particular the IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer URL, browser type, operating system and volume of data transferred. Processing serves secure and stable delivery, error analysis and prevention of abusive access.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes or to investigate specific security incidents, and is then deleted or anonymised unless statutory retention obligations apply.
3. Hosting and security
The website is delivered through external hosting and CDN infrastructure. Technically necessary server and security logs may be processed. Optional company-visit analytics are separate and are loaded only after your consent (see Section 4).
The hosting provider may use security mechanisms for technical delivery and protection against automated abuse. These mechanisms serve only the security and functionality of the website.
4. Optional company-visit analytics
After explicit consent, the Leadfeeder Web Visitors tracker is loaded on this website. It may process the IP address, time, pages visited, duration, referrer/source, a visitor ID and technical device or network data to associate a website visit with a company where possible. The service is designed for B2B company visits; HANECS does not intend to identify a specific individual.
Processing on this website takes place only with consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Without consent, the Leadfeeder script is not loaded. Consent can be withdrawn at any time via “Cookie settings”. Leadfeeder/Web Visitors is operated by the Dealfront/Leadfeeder group and used as a processor. The specific data processing agreement, IP anonymisation, retention period, additional recipients and transfers must be reviewed and documented in the Leadfeeder account before production use.

5. Contact by email
If you contact HANECS by email, the information you provide is processed to handle your request and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; where the request concerns a contract or pre-contractual measures, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR also applies.
The data is deleted once the purpose of the communication has been fulfilled and no statutory retention obligations or legitimate reasons for longer retention apply.
6. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority particularly responsible for HANECS is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information ↗ zuständig.
PHP website check
When you start the domain check, the domain entered and your confirmation of authorisation are transmitted to our server. The server resolves the domain name through DNS and requests only public HTTP headers from the home page. No exploit attempts or load tests are performed. The target server sees the checking server’s IP address, not a forwarded visitor IP address.
Processing is carried out to provide the explicitly requested check on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is to provide initial technical orientation and prevent abuse. The checking service does not maintain its own permanent database of submitted domains or findings. A daily-changing hash of the connection IP and short-lived counters are stored for rate limiting; expired files are removed during subsequent requests. Technical hosting logs remain unaffected.
The separate manual PHP version comparison runs locally in the browser. The checking service does not receive the version entered. Optional visit analytics are loaded only after your consent; see Section 4 for details.
7. Updates to this policy
This privacy policy will be updated when the website, services used or legal requirements change.
Note: this technical implementation blocks Leadfeeder until consent is given. Before production use, the Leadfeeder account, data processing agreement, IP anonymisation and specific retention/deletion periods must also be reviewed.
